ABOUT MALICK

"Basketball has been able to bring me to the States and show me what I am capable of."

ElHadji Malick Sene is a 6’11” center from Senegal, currently playing for Pensacola State Men’s Basketball. Basketball has played a life-changing role for Malick by bringing him to the United States, helping him overcome adversity, and motivating him through surgery and recovery. The game has given him purpose, discipline, and the opportunity to provide for his family both in the U.S. and back home.

Off the court, he is a Business major with a 3.5 GPA, inspired by his sister and driven by his desire to win, grow, and compete at the next level. A husband and soon-to-be father, Malick is focused on continuous improvement while proving he can impact a program through production, effort, and character.
